Change while staying the same

 


This have been a theme of mine before! I am adjusting but still focused on health, wellness, and living my days as best as I can!

Weekly I check in with a group I am NOT hosting! This is a wonderful Change for me! 

So far I am averaging a pound lost a week and I need that knowing how much I let it go during the Pandemic of 2020! 

So I am still a Team Beachbody Coach. I still drink daily shakes. Workouts are on my time, my way but it's still BOD! 

What's your choices for you this year? Get focused, stay focused and DO IT!
