Recipes! I love to eat!

It is important to make your meals at home. You DO NOT HAVE TO BE A CHEF! It's practice that will help and you have to be willing to try and do it! I know I had to pep talk myself because I was timid on some recipes and food that were NEW TO ME, but I thought if the doctor shows me how to test my blood or give myself a shot - I WILL HAVE TO do it so why not MAKE A CHOICE to learn to make some new healthier food optins! I promise you can do it and you will be healthier and living great when you do! I expect the unexpected

I'm doing this workout thing!  Yep that's right, I am still here doing what I can, when I can and that is good enough! So what do I hope to gain or what results do I expect? I expect what you are not expecting me to expect... I expect .... - to stay fluffy - to be balanced - to strengthen - to increase mobility - to just feel good It is realistic!  Thank you for being on this journey with me!  Love, Jackie
