I did it!
I did it, I did it, I did it. I got off my but, after working this morning, and did a 30 minute workout. My legs are like noodles, my arms are going to feel it tomorrow, and I couldn't be happier. while working out, of course I wanted to quit. But I reminded myself, if I wanted to live to be over 80, do I want to be mobile or not. If I want to be mobile, then I better get moving. Whether it was the burpees, lunges, I need the exercises, I needed to keep moving and push and push. I hadn't worked out in heaven knows how long. And that's not good. So, maybe today is day one.
