I  did it, I did it, I did it. I got off my but, after working this morning, and did a 30 minute workout. My legs are like noodles, my arms are going to feel it tomorrow, and I couldn't be happier. while working out, of course I wanted to quit. But I reminded myself, if I wanted to live to be over 80, do I want to be mobile or not. If I want to be mobile, then I better get moving. Whether it was the burpees, lunges, I need the exercises, I needed to keep moving and push and push. I hadn't worked out in heaven knows how long. And that's not good. So, maybe today is day one. Who's with me?

In a real happy place. I sure hope that as you're reading this that you also can say you're in a very good happy place right now in life. . If not, then figure out what you need to change. There are many circumstances in your life you can't can change but find the ones that you can control. in the past I have moved from one state to another to change my environment because of things being so miserable. several times I have put in my notice and switch jobs or rather employers because of the stress and it wasn't worth it no matter how much they are paying me. These lessons I learned in life have been wonderful to learn early on so I'm not set in a rut or living stuck. Do your best to live liberated in free and in control. define and be in your happy place.

What's the special occasion you ask? Well two things... (Play time) My youngest opened her 'cafe' in her room. Even hired her older sister to waitress while she was the cook. I had pizza, fries, and a mocha, it was delish and plastic. 🤣😊💝👍 (Social time) it was a dear friends birthday, so she had a zoom party called here tiara party... My tiara was a head band from the game headbandz and I used the balloon card. 🤣😊👍💝 It was a great Saturday! How was yours??
