Quality Quantity Frequency

In 2012, I changed my eating based on some information I had from labs in addition to a health professional that I trusted. Within months, I was getting amazing results and people were asking what was I doing. Over the next months following, I was trying to come up simple ways to remember these wonderful healthy habits for myself and to share with others. evaluating my new healthy habits was hard at first but then I realized it is very simple and can be applied not only in eating but also in various parts of your life. I personally know the success of lifestyle changes is for the new rules and habits to be within your resources of time, money, availability. Trying to Focus

I'm trying to stay focused and encourage myself. Viewing recipes again, going back to my original virtual health coaches pages to be inspired and updated on the latest and greatest. It is truly black and white for me. I'm either eating well or I'm not. But this time, eating well will be so extreme. I know I need to have zero tolerance but I also need 2 open a few more rules that promote hea lth while allowing some flexibility. I hope you are doing this for yourself as well. Give yourself some rules, give yourself some boundaries but not too tight. Allow yourself to have space within a healthy lifestyle. For most of us this means researching for resources because they're out there. Too many of us think that we are limited eating healthy to only a few things but that's not true. There are many many things as a resources are out there. Sure they may cost a little more but you are worth every penny and more.

Make better choices

Of course when we are at the top of our game, we make the best choices. It's the times when we are tired, sad, mad, busy, and any other distraction, we don't make the best choices. Be encouraged to be around people in your life that encourage you, motivate you, and help you stay accountable especially in those times a weakness. if you don't have anyone, please know that I'm here. Not here to push product, I'm here to help you live your days as best as healthy as you can, within your resources and your rules, your way. Love, Jackie  💚

Struggling

This is a good old sugar cookie and I ate it. I confess I am struggling between moderation because I know myself. So I did really well for a week or so, felt great energy, again started healing non desirable symptoms but splurged because of our organization's holiday luncheon and other difficult lacking willpower situations. Today is a new day so I'm going to make sure my lunch is what I should have, and keep doing that with each meal.  😊 👍 I'm not going to get down about this. I am not going to beat myself up about this. I am going to move forward. You can too, let's do this.

MY SHAKE
