In 2012, I changed my eating based on some information I had from labs in addition to a health professional that I trusted. Within months, I was getting amazing results and people were asking what was I doing. Over the next months following, I was trying to come up simple ways to remember these wonderful healthy habits for myself and to share with others. evaluating my new healthy habits was hard at first but then I realized it is very simple and can be applied not only in eating but also in various parts of your life.
