I feel a huge responsibility to make sure they know nutrition and lifestyle choices: benefits and consequences. Click on my Health Living Resources and let's do 2023 right!

I know many want to lose weight fast and all but for my this is best, I have had a lost EVERY month (but one, and it was a 1 lb gain). I am determined to keep going until it's time to do weights and serious cardio! Woowoo! The season WILL come because I have 'will' for it! :) Be encouraged! PS: baby was breastfed for 15 months!
