The worst but keep trying!



I'm the worst with portion control.
I love to eat.
I love my cooking.
I love natural food.

Overeating is overeating.
Whether it is healthy or junk food.

I'm getting better and getting back to using small storage containers to help me with my portions where I volunteer full time.

Yay!! it helps me take smaller bites, two longer, and both of these help promote healthy digestion.

Avoiding leaky gut syndrome is a must!

Today I have a healthy portion of grapes, low glycemic fruit. I also have a healthy portion of walnuts and almonds, healthy fats!

One day at a time.
