The worst but keep trying!

I 'm the worst with portion control. I love to eat. I love my cooking. I love natural food. Overeating is overeating. Whether it is healthy or junk food. I'm getting better and getting back to using small storage containers to help me with my portions where I volunteer full time. Yay!! it helps me take smaller bites, two longer, and both of these help promote healthy digestion. Avoiding leaky gut syndrome is a must! Today I have a healthy portion of grapes, low glycemic fruit. I also have a healthy portion of walnuts and almonds, healthy fats! One day at a time. How are you doing?

This is Success

It's official now... I'm a full-time volunteer in the office at the school where my kids learn!!! This is good for me. I like to work. I mean... I like to serve!. I'm still a team Beachbody Coach and an ESL teacher with VIPKid! Still happy Wife and Mom! Life is so good.  #ThisIsSuccess

Getting back

Posted about a week ago on my IG but I love it Walnut chocolate chip flax muffin in a mug with my chocolate and greens smoothie with water and a good old coffee. Getting my food back on point has been they challenged but definitely rewarding. Now I'm working on the will because I have the want to work out. Once were very willing, it will make us do it. How are you doing? I feel like the only one struggling. Many people are definitely on the upswing, losing weight, feeling great, in rocking there healthy journey 🙌🙌🙌
