Needed a solution

After embarking on my own health journey in 2012, I needed a way to maintain after reaching my goals (getting off BP meds and eliminating PCOS, IBS, Candida symptoms) because rebounding is all too common in my own personal history. I know me! 😂

A friend of mine was also getting healthy and losing weight, about the same amount in fact, but she lost more inches, and had a larger support network. It was just me.
