THAT'S IT! It's THAT day!

I am going to measure my body!
- weight
- inches
- photos!

Its been 2 years of a SLOW SLIDE! :(

After losing 100 pounds from 2012 to 2013, then maintaining from 2013 to 2015, I had surgery on both feet in 2016!

Then I got on track keeping 80 of the 100 lost OFF! from 2016-2017 and that's then I was around more people who would have a bite here and there and it wouldn't hurt them or they didn't care. I caved in and would have a bit here and there at a birthday gathering or holiday!

THAT BITE would then lead me to craving and cavings! :(

December 2017, I had an emergency appendectomy.

Here's my recap on what that did to my mindset...


So From January - June 2018, I suffered scar tissue issues and could not work out. Then I was slowly allowing "NO NO" foods back in. October 2018, I was traveling eating BAD and then was back in E.R. with lower right pain! It was a cyst on my ovary and inflammation!

Now this is ridiculous! So I was trying not to mentally beat myself up, but when you come from a critical home and being critical is ingrained, it was hard!

Through revisiting the sources that got me my first success in 2012, I have been working and reworking my mindset making this DAY ONE!

I am ready, ready to make 2019 a continued progress year! I am surrounding myself with like minded people and staying connected and pushing! I don't want to be sick or hospitalized! And yes Food and poor HEALTH habits do that!
