Monitor, but spread out your time/goals

Just like our weight, inches come and go. I have been fortunate for the last couple of years that my inches have gone but, since December 2017, I haven't been the best with eating. 

So this is my progress since January 1st 2018. I also encourage you to make your measurements monthly, annually. This helps you make your goals more realistic. 

End the year smaller then you started if size is your goal. Too many try to lose too much too fast and unfortunately it comes back even faster.

Just monitor yourself longer and again a recommendation would be to measure yourself January 1st, then possibly monthly, and then at the end of the year to end the year the same or smaller is an amazing victory.
