In 2012, I greatly changed my eating, in 18 months, I had lost 101 lbs the healthy way. I made sure I still had three meals, they were great portions is full of the nutrients that I needed. My doctors were very impressed with my numbers in fact one even got out of pen and paper and asked me what I was doing. Lol... no more blood pressure medicine, no more PCOS symptoms, no more IBS symptoms, it was amazing!! 2015, I added fitness for long-term maintenance. I'm glad I did because it opened up a supportive community and the support that I gained increased success of health goals because when you lose that much weight and your family/friends don't lose any, it definitely changes some Dynamics.
