Very Very Personal Post... Health Related for sure! The photo here is my mommy. When I was very small, my mom played on a local softball team with other friends and had fun. I just remember the joy it brought her and her friends. They were all a hoot! smile emoticon # goodtimes My mom however smoked in her 20s, 30s, and finally quitting in her 40s. In her 30s she had surgery on a lung. Then with the meds and poor food choices after she quit smoking, her health declined eve n more adding diabetes, anemia, and osteoporosis. She never let us know how unhealthy she was on the inside. She knew because she was a career Registered Respiratory Therapist. Her life's work was saving and caring for people like her. Why am I posting this? I am a mom like her with four kids; 3 girls and 1 boy. I know she did what she could to be healthy and go on DIETS. The 80s and 90s were a struggle, a fight for her health.
