Simply Merry Christmas and know that the choices you make can be beneficial or not. The good news is many not so good choices can be improved over time! So do not get down or hard on yourself! Rejoice and forgive yourself!
Woah it has been a while but I have not stopped being concerned for my health and for others. I still watch what I eat and encourage others to do the same. Then I need to get more active. Since last summer, it has not been the best. Walking more has been my current goal. How about you? This is a photo of me and my girls. I feel a huge responsibility to make sure they know nutrition and lifestyle choices: benefits and consequences. Click on my Health Living Resources and let's do 2023 right!
For me, I start working out, and I gain weight. Muscle and burn fat! See the dots after the yellow line. At least I'm maintaining. 🤪 🤣 🤭 😊 👍 Back story... In 2012, I greatly changed my eating, in 18 months, I had lost 101 lbs the healthy way. I made sure I still had three meals, they were great portions is full of the nutrients that I needed. My doctors were very impressed with my numbers in fact one even got out of pen and paper and asked me what I was doing. October 2011 is when I changed eating more than ever, and when I talk most about this journey beginning. But, I was my heaviest 8 months earlier, when I gave birth to #4. It was one of those things where I had to look back. This journey and documentation wasn't planned. So here's the 'evolution' of me. Feb 2011 - Oct 2011 - Feb 2012 - Oct 2012 It is almost two years, and yes, I will try to take an updated photo in February. I know many want to lose weight fast and all but for my this is best, I have had a lost EVERY month (but one, and it was a 1 lb gain). I am determined to keep going until it's time to do weights and serious cardio! Woowoo! The season WILL come because I have 'will' for it! :) Be encouraged! PS: baby was breastfed for 15 months!
