Good morning, What time is it? ⏰ It is chocolate shake time! 🍫 It feels oh so bad, but it is also good (for me)! Every single day, I enjoy a shake and the recipe is never the same. Today is my vanilla plant based mix with added Cocoa, coconut water and coconut milk, a digestive health mix, all blended with ice! Mmm. My shake is MY short cut to easier health and weightloss in addition to healthier eating and activity/self-care. Everyone should live as healthy as they can, in their own way. 👍 It is my joy to help people find their way.
