Transformation is Real



Wow the difference that six years can make.

  • 2011-2013
    Changed Eating for health,
    Side effect: lost 101lbs.
  • 2013-2014
    Maintenance of new eating lifestyle
  • 2015
    Started fitness,
    BUT stopped by fractured feet
  • 2016
    Invasive surgery on EACH foot and months recovery
  • 2017
    Re-started fitness and killing it!
The girl on the left is definitely the old me.
She was eating anything and everything in sight. Junk food, fast food, processed food; if it's last name was 'food', it was eaten. She was mentally fogged, tired, mother of four, traveling, and just focused on helping other people first, way above and beyond her own needs.

The girl on the right is definitely the current me.
She is eating things that give her Fuel and heal her body. Clean food, Whole Food, raw food, and other food that is going to promote her health is eaten. She has energy and mental clarity to run a household (cooking, laundry, cleaning, etc), support her husband (ministry duties) and four children (homeschooling) still traveling, focused on helping herself first (self care is wise), so then she can better serve and help other people way better than ever before.

All of this was possible because of the information, resources, and best of all support of others that made it possible (my mentor/coach and team are huge factors to my success).

Paying it forward is definitely the best thing ever and if you desire changes, I'm here to help, support, provide, and motivate you.
