Snack Idea: Mixed nuts


Jackie shows you here in this video how simple and easy it is to make a mixed nuts bowl for the times that you get the munchies between meals. This is also great for when you have guests over just to have it around on the coffee table or a dining table. Make sure you use raw nuts. Or you can go old school and buy the nuts that you have to crack open yourself. That helps keep down the portion size as well as help you slow down between bites and enjoy your company.
