Yep, this is my munchie cure... Drink water! As I type this, I wanted what little I have in my fridge/pantry, but NO I grabbed water! Drinking lots of it too. You should too!
Woah it has been a while but I have not stopped being concerned for my health and for others. I still watch what I eat and encourage others to do the same. Then I need to get more active. Since last summer, it has not been the best. Walking more has been my current goal. How about you? This is a photo of me and my girls. For me, I start working out, and I gain weight. Muscle and burn fat! See the dots after the yellow line. At least I'm maintaining. 🤪 🤣 🤭 😊 👍 Back story... In 2012, I greatly changed my eating, in 18 months, I had lost 101 lbs the healthy way. I made sure I still had three meals, they were great portions is full of the nutrients that I needed. My doctors were very impressed with my numbers in fact one even got out of pen and paper and asked me what I was doing. Lol... no more blood pressure medicine, no more PCOS symptoms, no more IBS symptoms, it was amazing!! 2015, I added fitness for long-term maintenance. I'm glad I did because it opened up a supportive community and the support that I gained increased success of health goals because when you lose that much weight and your family/friends don't lose any, it definitely changes some Dynamics. It is important to make your meals at home. You DO NOT HAVE TO BE A CHEF! It's practice that will help and you have to be willing to try and do it! I know I had to pep talk myself because I was timid on some recipes and food that were NEW TO ME, but I thought if the doctor shows me how to test my blood or give myself a shot - I WILL HAVE TO do it so why not MAKE A CHOICE to learn to make some new healthier food optins!
